To help the Foundation build a broad base of support, President's Circle members in addition to their $1,000 contribution, also pledge to provide LAF one of the following services:

• Host a seminar or outing for the LAF WIN4LIFE program

• Serve as a mentor for one WIN4LIFE participant

• Provide equipment, goods or services for the Foundation

• Recruit a fellow President's Circle member or Foundation supporter
